Bel Air announces the opportunity for you to learn everything from A to Z about mass finishing techniques and equipment. This all-day event is designed to train you how to achieve maximum utilization from your current finishing equipment, as well as the benefits and capabilities of other types of finishing equipment. You will also learn the latest process technologies.
The morning session will feature an in-depth training presentation where machinery, supplies, and the mass finishing process will be discussed. The afternoon workshop will take attendees into Bel Air’s lab where participants will be trained to recognize and understand how mass finishing strategies can be incorporated into production. This will also feature a hands on training session where participants will be walked through each step of the mass finishing process using different materials and machines. Attendees will leave the event prepared to incorporate new and efficient mass finishing techniques into their workflow.
- Online Training Session: $350
- Existing Customers: $490 for one attendee & $400 per additional attendee
- New Customers: $890 for one attendee & $750 per additional attendee
Individuals attending this seminar will return home equipped to save time and money in the mass finishing process. Steve Alviti, president of Bel Air, has spoken to relatively large groups in the past as he participated in seminars here in America and overseas. In co-ordination with Phillips to teach the various technologies of
post processing, which is mostly overlocked in the AM process.
The training facility will make all the printing efforts,
more efficient along with more effective products by bringing the level
of printed surfaces to meet or exceed traditional subtractive surfaces.
The cell includes automated build removal, surfacing grinding, cleaning
and its own closed loop water feed system.

In-House Vibratory / Mass Finishing Vibratory Workshops
Bel Air can hold a workshop at your facility that is specifically tailored to your requirements. A detailed plan can be developed based on your needs, equipment, parts and specific problems and challenges you are having with your processing. If your staff just needs to know the basics, a one day program can consist of all the subjects contained above at a nominal cost.
While there, Bel Air staff can evaluate your current equipment and parts processing, including cleaning and drying and can make recommendations on the proper equipment and supllies required to get the job done in the most cost-effective and time sensitive way possible.
