Vibratory Finishing Workshop - Bel Air Finishing, August 25 - 26, 2011

Bel Air announces the opportunity for you to learn everything from A to Z about Vibratory & Mass Finishing techniques and equipment. This all day event is designed to show and tell you how to achieve maximum
utilization from your current finishing equipment, as well as the benefits and capabilities of other types of
finishing equipment. You will also learn the latest process technologies.

Individuals attending this seminar will return home equipped to save time and money in the mass finishing
process. Steve Alviti, president of Bel Air, has spoken to relatively large groups in the past as he
participated in seminars here in America and overseas. This event is scheduled to cover the entire day,
with a luncheon provided between the morning and afternoon sessions.

Equipment Covered: Tumblers, Centrifugal Disc & Barrel Finishers, Drag Finishers, Magnetic Pins Finishers, Roll Burnishers, Vibratory Equipemnt, Automatic Separation Equipment and much more..

Every phase of mass finishing will be covered including topics such as: Proper media selection,
Compounds, Burnishing, Cellular Deburring & JIT Deburring Integration, Parts Cleaning & Drying,
and Tool Honing. A segment will also be devoted to wastewater processing, recycling and batch
processing.

Bel Air, in it’s fourth decade of serving the mass finishing industry, will provide you and your staff valuable
information on process technologies such as cellular and small parts deburring, burnishing and tumble
polishing. As an added feature, a segment will be devoted to wastewater processing, recycling and batch
processing.

Participants are encouraged to send along samples of their one(1) toughest mass finishing item that may
be giving them trouble. Bel Air will finish these samples and explain the equipment & process used to
achieve the results.
