This separator unit is constructed for durability and corrosion resistance from
aluminum and cross linked polyolefin. It has a long life spring suspension system. The vibrating screen, held in place with rubber T latches is nylon coated steeel. A variety of screen configurations are available. Solid rubber wheels make the MS 75 easily portable for use with more than one tumbler. The wheels are locked securely with a single foot pedal. Vibrating action is controlled by a high torque permanent magnet motor with infinitely variable electronic speed control. The motor has ball bearings, and is permanently lubricated for dependability. Over all, the unit is 35" long, 20" wide and 25" high. Shipping weight is 135 pounds. Separating screens are optional and must be ordered separately. 220 V 50 HZ available.
