New
concept continuously heats and drys ground corn cob media which dry
finishes parts more rapidly and uniformly. By changing media to a
specially treated corn cob, you can achieve a handpolished finish never
before available in mass finishing. Design (patent pending) employs a heat
exchanger and pump to recirculate hot water thru a sealed jacket that
completely surrounds drying chamber . . . no heat lamps or internal
heating elements required. |

Manufacturer claims savings on corn meal alone, due to constant
heating and drying, is enough to justify cost of this drying system. Dryer
features heavy gage steel and continuous MIG-welded
construction.
Options
include internal parts-media separation and parts unloading. Sizes
available from four to sixty cubic feet. System can be engineered into
existing vibratory finishing departments or for drying parts directly from
plating tanks |
