Process Technology
Drag Finishing is the high tech version of mass finishing: the components are attached to special fixtures and "dragged" in a planetary movement through a grinding or polishing media bed. Compared to vibratory finishing the efficiency of drag finishers is about 40 times higher. An additional advantage is that the parts cannot impinge each other.

- Spinner with 12 tooling positions for mounting the work piece fixtures.
- Spinner rpm frequency controlled.
- Pneumatically activated quick connect couplings allow quick loading and unloading of the machine.
- Multi stage processing ( e.g. cut down, smoothing and polishing ) in multi station machines.
This keeps unproductive machine times at a minimum.
